She will have you filling out spread sheets about where you are every hour of the day. By far the WORST manager I have ever worked for. She knows nothing about leading a team or being an effective manager. She will talk behind your back and play nice to your face. Can’t be trusted. I would think long and hard about working for her. I personally would rather slap myself in the face with a cactus than to ever work for her again.
No skills in leading people. She may have been a decent 10 to 2 rep but her management skills will make your skin crawl. The WORST I have ever worked for. Not to mention, she can’t keep a team together. No one wants to work for her.
