For the contracts that have company cars, how many miles do you need before you order a new one?

We were originally told 65K then it shifted to 80K. I am well over 80K and I haven’t heard a peep about a new car.

It's still 3 years or 65k. Sometimes the ordering cycle runs the mileage up a bit.

This means one of two things. Your contract is going away or another contract is going away that provides a company car and those will be redristributed.

I don’t believe this to be true. It has not been my current experience.

How would you know? Are you with fleet?

if you're with Inventiv (contract) and not a direct hire, what are the car options? Does it depend on the contract you're on or is it standard via Inventiv. Hoping it's not a Ford Focus

Not currently. Whenever fleet policy is not adhered to, it is for a financial reason. A short delay allows for volume purchases or to avoid purchasing when new models are introduced. New models are always more expensive. Long delays mean bigger financial considerations.
