Sad that everyone has to pretend to like or respect him because they are afraid to say how they feel. He should never be in a position of power over people. Stick to numbers.
JV hands down should never I repeat EVER lead anyone!!! He should go back to sales ops. Shame on George and John for not opening your eyes to the HR nightmare he has become. He single handily ran good managers and good reps out for the past year plus. The proof that he is a nightmare sits with HR and is on the edge of a lawsuit. Shame on HR for turning a blind eye to what has happened over the last year...how many filed complaints (from 6+ people) does there need to be before Sedor wakes up...thankfully I left a long time ago when I saw how this would all unfold...sad to watch good leaders get completely ruined by someone who makes Pharma look bad! Dear Sedor (who I once was close with) shame on you for watching it all happen and reportedly taking him with you to your next spot with Nal...you are carrying around a lawsuit and his name is JV! Good luck and the only regret I have is I left quietly...I should have stood up to the abuse and spoke up LOUD! The good news is you are now aware, the bad news is more people will be hurt and treated poorly unless you stop it! It all lies with you...if you don’t believe this message, then call HR they have all the records from everyone!
This is spot on. HR does not protect the employees at Pernix. LC is a great, wonderful person working for bullies under crappy circumstances. CB doesn’t know Pharma or how to stand up for people. This company has been run by two men who should not be leading a sales force. When a VP dislikes people that dare to vocalize a difference of opinion or idea and then immediately targets them, there is a problem. Honesty is only accepted if it matches his pov. How is it ok to notify your team that they cannot email or speak to HR without his knowledge and “agreement”? People are now under so much stress with work ceasing and no answers as to pay, severance or bonus (ha). Certificates for Presidents Club awards...that was the most quiet and upsetting conference call in history. I hope they do the right thing by their employees, if only to avoid the terrible reputation they will worsen by not paying people severance/bonus- especially when the tone deaf leadership continue to post pictures of their vacations and luxury trips to the Super Bowl on social media.
Oh please. LC is not great. She’s an idiot. Yes, leadership will continue to post luxury trips because of all the bonuses they get though out the year. While they are getting ready for a mass layoff top management is getting major bonuses and raises. CB, JS, KP and GJ to name a few are not qualified to keep the company afloat. Watch after lay-off they will declare BK and sell the company off or move most to NAL and terminate PERNIX all together.
