    Here's what you and your minions don't understand, OB: You made Eisai a place like "hell" for us, we now make you sweat in your own "hell".

    I've said it before during our meeting, but I'll say it again. OB is so surprised that reps are complaining about him because afterall he is now using a brand new rope to hang them!

    Responsibility is split about 10% leadership, 90% dumb reps.

    Why do you bash reps? They don't set the sales planning or marketing? They are to follow a matrix developed by OB. If the matrix is flawed then what can reps do? If we deviate from the flawed instructions by OB, then we'll be terminated.

    That's the funniest thing I've heard. A rep's job is simply to deliver little boxes of samples. That's it. What "matrix" is needed for that? What "flawed instructions" are involved in being an adult paperboy? Nobody likes to wake up one day and realize they're job and life are a joke but come on, stop blaming OB and move on.

    Mr. Naito,

    Majority of the posts about OB are very accurate. We should have never been in this position if we did proper planning 4 years ago.

    This is what you don't get: OB, LC, and Naito are all the same. They play good cop and bad cop but they are the same. The only thing that will get Naito's attention is bad publicity all the way to the US House of Representatives the same way the Toyota's boss got treated.

    The same bullying tactics exist in the drug safety department in woodcliff lake. Such a negative and hostile place to work. Nick picking, bias and favoritism run rampant in the department. Terrible place to work. Avoid at all costs.

    Medical affairs is horrendous as well, smoothing over egos, no leadership, bullying and sexism running rampant...hhc culture, total joke
