Do you have a brain? Do you need to be told what to do? Act on your own ideas. Grow up child.
We aren’t your mommy and daddy.

So a manager's cackles are up. The truth is not well received. Well, clearly Astellas wants their sales team to have leaders, for coaching, inspiration etc. Are you familiar with leaders? I realize for some at Astellas, the word is a hollow term. I don't need someone to "tell me what to do", and I don't want a manager who needs someone to tell them what to say to their team.

That’s why you’ll be a grunt until you’re cast aside for the next grunt.

Wrong buddy. Managers will experience layoffs soon. You puppets will learn the meaning of grunts. Enjoy your time “ at the top”, such that it is. And wait on your next script. Hahahaha.

We really don't need some "leadership team" to tell us how to live. The "leadership Team" is a joke

The Leadership Team isn't there to create dissension, the Leadership Team is there to preserve dissension. Get it straight once and for all!

and lets also be clear, some managers are leaders, but not all. It is laughable to refer to managers as the Leadership Team. It gives some of them FAR to much credit. Call them the Management Team. The leaders will shine anyway.

Leadership is the most overused word in our corporate bingo game.

So, it appears that there were a few manager displacements.
