Thinking about applying here

Thinking about applying here but I have some concerns. I checked out LinkedIn employees and a majority are sales reps or marketing people. Does this company have anything else like regulatory, medical, or development? Or is sales their only major concern? Only saw a hand full of other positions, what's the structure of the company like?

What are some reasons why I shouldn't apply to this place? I've read the previous posts but they're kind of old so I was hoping for more recent info. Any info on benefits would be nice too.

Sales is their only concern (making money is their only concern)!!!! The environment is stressful here. Pay sucks. Commission sucks. Goals are a joke and you will never make bonus. Benefits suck. You get a stupid Subaru Forester as your car and it’s junk. There are better companies out there!!!!!!!!

The Webster dictionary definition of Promius: when leadership of a subsidiary, which lost profitability after said leadership took charge of running the subsidiary, is better at internal politics with the M.C. members and Board of Directors than they are at running a pharmaceutical business. Takes new products to market, and snatches defeat from the jaws of victory, because of inept and corrupt management of the business.
