I knew that would be the first response. I'm not David - I'm a potential candidate and unfortunately the only place online that has any conversation about this company and product seems to be here.

Would be nice to get some straight answers but that appears to be asking too much. You big talkers so far have been wrong so maybe a lurker out there can give me some insight? "Douche" is still there. 401k is there. Have salaries gone up? Bonuses? Are sale of the product getting better?

"Sales" it should say not "sale" - typo.

Forgot to mention an expansion is taking place so that's also a good sign.

In terms of biologics, this is not the Varsity, nor the Junior Varsity, this is the a freshman team. Entry level.

I encourage you to take a tour of the home office before accepting a position. You will answer your own question.

Be careful, the place is all smoke and mirrors, and leadership is horrible. OK if you are hoping to bridge to something else just to fill your resume. If you are looking to go into the wound business, There are at least 5-7 companies that are better positioned for success in this arena. Try your best to stay clear of this disaster.

Thanks for the insight. I have noticed in my research that are plenty of wound care companies out there. I figured the human tissue angle was a big deal but apparently not.

Home office management is a freak show. A group of misfits.

what is a realistic monthly unit number to hit here? Looking at an opportunity, and comp sounds good, but is it realistic? Is pass through really a gateway to grow the business? How does it measure up against all the amniotic products on the market?

Are things as bad as advertised at SS? I am looking at an opportunity. Hiring manager says I can make north of 125 first year. Is this accurate?

    Thank you for your response.

I have heard about AS. The CEO. Woundcare is a large yet small space. I would not touch that company with a 10 foot pole. Word is they will treat you well in the beginning, only to cut the cord and continue the experiment if the sales level or lag a little. Steer clear of SS. Terrible reputation.

Theraskin is a joke really. WCCs curently use it because it is still in pass thru and they can make some extra money. I have seen it in a wound after 1-2 weeks- looks like dead tissue- because it is. Also causes hyper granulation. Do yourself a favor and join a reputable company. Woundcare is booming right now.

How are things at Soluble Systems? Is this a good place to work? How is comp? Salary, commission, management? Looking at an opportunity here and have heard mixed reviews. Is TheraSkin as good as the company says it is?

    Thank you.
