consider you are working for Pfizer in Dermatology. Even though Pfizer is a big company it's not a house name in Dermatology. So I would say with the salary that we have of 105k base no more that n
    2.5% increase.

with a one trick pony division consider ourselves lucky we are here. By the way with the base salary of 105k a year. And this being a public traded company don't expect more than 3% pay increase for top performers. The way they do things I foresee our division dissolved or cut back if we don't acquire any new products.

Many people I know in the division agree with this.

I agree with the comments on #3. By the way it's worth mentioning that recently
Allergan (Medical Dermatology) everyone from that division was let go. And also recently Galderma
had massive layoff. These doesnt spell well for us here at Pfizer Dermatology.

That's a lie, we got 7% increase if we exceeded expations in review.

Hate to burst a bubble, but this is the place to be for the next 15 years. These small Derm companies are struggling. That’s why the layoffs. Pfizer has deep pockets and will either buy drugs or make in-house. Several molecules in pipeline focused on Derm.

Pfizer Dermatology doesn't have a Biologic for Psoriasis. The division is toast just one product division is no longer cutting anymore.

My business vision sees Dermatology Division as the last priority for Pfizer.
Most medications in Dermatology are generic. Unless our division has a new therapeutic class with good insurance coverage. We will be whistling Dixie in the graveyard. And I think we all know this.
