Ryan Freedman the worst manager EVER ! He was fired ! He has ZERO people skills , and was promoted above his level of competence ! Sean Moore , gets the vote since Freedman is gone !

NOPE RYAN FREEDMAN! He was terrible when he was RVP for all business units, we had people leaving region because of him. He asked reps to do unethical things with returns! He was hated as RVP under energy only , then as AVP ( joke ) he has pathetic and was wondering why his 360 feedback was always so bad. YOU HAVE TO EARN RESPECT CUZ ! YOU CAN NOT DEMAND IT ! PLUS IT WAS OBVIOUS TO ALL OF US YOU ONLY CARED ABOUT YOU CUZ ! YOIU GOT WHAT YOU DESERVED AND WILL CONTINUE TO GET WHAT YOU DESERVE

I agree. He never thought about anything except advancing Ryan Freedman. Sean Moore never realized he had a deadly snake in his pocket who was just waiting for the perfect moment to throw him under the bus as well. He screwed his reps, caused infighting between his team and between energy and the other divisions as well and created a North Korea trust within energy. Of course Ryan Freedman was the ONLY person in our company who understood corporate sales. He constantly threw Jeff, Tim and Steve, under the bus and said they were incompetent and part of the Olympus country club - just buying time until they could collect the Olympus Pension. What other manager has been gone from this organization for over 6 months and continues to be voted the biggest jerk ever? He wins it hands down. He got what he deserved. How long until Xenon figures out his MO?

 

Olympus is one big pile of shit.
If you are still working for Olympus, you might want to take a moment for a life assessment.

No you were not the only one who knew corp sales, In fact it was your rep who told you about the 1 and ONLY 1 little IDN or really a RPC who signed a agreement with us. You sir were not respected and people felt sorry for you and how you would do anything to get promoted. We know you interviewed for every open position and your were turned down for all of them . The AVP gig you got was purely to use you and abuse you. HEY CUZ you have to earn respect you can't demand it . KARMA CUZ . You should focus on you and stop trying to be the man .
