all i know is we are lucky there is no competition out there that we actually had to strategize against. We are the only players, it’s an epidemic, go figure. Relax on the 12 calls people. Sell itself? Are you kidding? I would think that it can't be abused. Anyone not serious in real rehab will not use it. It will be successful, if it is forced by insurance companies, employers and the government. If that happens, you may have a ballgame, if not, it will be rained out. If forced, the addict will turn back to heroin, fentanyl and bootleg pills. There is a lot for wort to be done by the Managed care folks. It will be a slow process.

Successful...I have my doubts. How are Docs going to secure this in their office? Do you think they are going to buy a refrigerated safe? The "mom and pop" Docs are going to want the risk of storing a controlled substance on site of their small office.

100% agree...the biggest clinic in my area has already said that would be the only way they could incorporate sublocade into their practice. Too time consuming to do in office and they are freaked out about becoming a potential robbery target by storing a controlled substance.
