Seriously, you can't climb a ladder when your supposed to be head of sales, and sales are abysmal. The launch is over and it was a huge failure.
It's like having a leaky roof, you need to look higher up to find the cause. Your CEO was a CCO at Purdue JUST LONG ENOUGH (2.5 years) to fuck things up there then jump ship before the shit hit the fan. Before that he was an analyst at Abbvie. He believes his own press clippings and thinks he's the smartest guy in every room. He isn't. He's a nutjob stuffed suit who makes piss poor hiring decisions putting companies at serious risk. He is not a problem solver by any means. Think BJ is the issue? (He probably Is an issues, don't get me wrong.) But look again, the problem is at the top.
Interviewed with a guy from Perdue that worked with BJ and Saeed. Said they ran Perdue in the ground within 5 years and will do the same with Insys. He's now with a new start up company. Too funny!
Actual Saed and BJ were the worst and Purdue is now dead. They were brought in and immediately changed the culture for the worst. Purdue is no more and now it sounds like you guys are on the fast track to the same fate. I really think companys bring in idiots like this to help wind things down...its the only explanation.
