When you post this, the stock was still over $5.50. Now is is under $4.50.

I am sad to say, the sell off is not overdone. It may actually be the natural market price.

Senior Leadership figures out how to fuck up a share price during the largest stock market rally in our lifetimes.

Greg - how do you look at yourself in the mirror every day? You should be completely ashamed of yourself- poeple’s Careers, retirements, extra investment capital was wasted under your leadership.

We would’ve been ahead throwing darts in a phone book to select better leaders than the senior Leadership at Keryx.

Greg- I guess Santa did not leave lumps of coal in your stocking because you were not bad in 2017. You were just inept.

Please give us a gift and quit.

The stock price directly reflects skill- pathetic.

    Back over $5.00

My dick won’t get hard until Keryx is back over $17.00

Fucking loser stock, loser Senior Leadership, loser board members.

And they keep firing sales reps- the only people that can actually get doctors to write the drug.

    Fucking loser management!

The stock is over $5.00 and my dick is not hard. It won’t get hard until either the Olsen Twins start doing porn or the stock gets over $17.00

We are more likely to see The twins in a gangbang before Senior Leadership is removed and competent people take over.

People randomly selected from a phone book could do a better job than these morons!

Looks like the fearless leader just filed for his receipt of 125K more shares and senior mgmt is selling stock like it is going out of style. What complete scum. Anyone that works for these guys is a chump.

I'm not going to vouch for this pathetic management team in the slightest, but learn how to read a Form 4. All recent sales have been involuntary.

Involuntary still doesn't mean they aren't selling and getting the proceeds. And I think the term you are looking for is scheduled, not involuntary. Unless it is legally ordered no one HAS to sell their holdings. Madison can do as he pleases, and it looks like vest and rest is his mantra.

    Wrong.

"Mr. So-and-So" had no discretion with respect to such sale, which was transacted in accordance with the Issuer's corporate policies regarding the vesting of restricted stock.

Apparently you don't know that the term involuntary that you used refers to specific legal circumstances. Might want to brush up on that before you call someone wrong.

The company sells the stock to cover income taxes for the income event associated with RSUs vesting. The money from the sale proceeds go directly to the IRS. Keep pretending you know what you're talking about.

Earnings: Keryx’s fourth-quarter 2017 loss was wider-than-expected. The company posted a loss of 26 cents per share wider than consensus estimate of a loss of 18 cents.

Rough day. Feel bad for the poor person in charge of monitoring the twitter account and replying to emails. The anger towards management is palpable.

The Twitter replies by shareholders have been amusing. Only a couple of them have chimed in.
