As Purdue employees, you ask us to grow marketshare with our opioids to keep up with our competitors. Then you say don’t grow marketshare, yet you still send us reports highlighting growth and decliners.

Then you start the SROU stuff and tell us this is priority. But still tell us behind the scenes to grow opioid marketshare.

Then you split sales force into a symproic focused group and an opioid group. Again focus on SROU because you say our opioids will GROW themselves.

Then for a PR stunt, you cut 50% of the sales force knowing oxy will continue to grow.

Perhaps someone should look into the real problem. Greedy People like Marv/ leadership wanting the best of both worlds. Their is an epidemic and the likes of Marv are fueling it.

I survived the cut! And the “New Purdue” as Marv puts it is worse than ever. We are pawns making leadership rich! I will be accepting a new job this week and look forward to putting this unethical nightmare behind me.

Best insight yet! Feds will have a Field day once the emails and displaced employees start talking.

Marv the Marketing boy wanted to be in the spotlight, well you are about to be front and center.

Maybe you and Larry Nassar can share a cell! You both have equal morals. Only problem is you’d like time with Nassar.

Marv is a pathetic, lying little man! As are the other miserable Senior Leaders.

    Karma is a Bitch!!!

I read this was a strategy to take the heat off the Claire Mckaskill revelation that P bought and paid for education leading to guidelines favoring opioids.....dirty, but we knew this ....unless we were swigging Kool Aid

Dude, Marv is a nobody who came in at the end. He isn’t smart enough or connected to have masterminded anything

Pathetic leadership. No vision, no transparency, no morals, no ethics, NO FUTURE!

I already talked about Purdue to everyone who would listen including reporters. Named names including regional managers and district sales managers. Look out.

Marv is a clown. Whats more troubling is CL bought his BS and promoted him instead of booting his ass to the curb.

No accountability for Marv. He realliged salesforce for no good reason last summer (making reps even less productive leading into a launch), mandated who you can call on and get credit for, dont call on them too much or too little, and added four new dm’s without hiring any new reps (actually losing reps). Business 101 says that makes zero sense.

His motto was the more coaching (mandating DM ride alongs to 3 per qtr) the better the numbers.

    How did that work out?

It worked out perfectly for the family and shitty for the sales force he’s a Napoleon wannabe who can’t muster annoriginL thought. Too bad he was allowed to sacrifice many jobs while pursuing a biz 101 experiment

Marv did the same thing at Endo, backstabbing & unqualified very small man. The best thing about Purdue is that when the OIG shows up Marv's title will have him wearing orange and in the kind of special relationship he most enjoys.

Absolutely right. I’ve so far talked to six people let go who were ranked in top 30 nationally. What type of leader fires his top producers? Seems like a recipe for disaster

True talent dumped Purdue when the bonuses and leadership folded a decade ago. Anyone hired after that was washed up big pharma rejects that came to Purdue out of desperation.

True talent double dips. There is NO "desperation" involved in double dipping! There are NO rejects, only "intellegent" and "secure" people.

"Marv" and "Mastermind" have never been used in the same post before. For a reason. As dumb and old school as a stone.
