Here's some straight talk.... There is a reason the PfizerVoice Survey Question #36 is your "Most Unfavorable" (Promotions & Job Assignments). You must be incentivizing your RM's very well - to hire diversity candidates above ALL other considerations. SAD......many well qualified candidates not given serious consideration. Too bad for the employees that are not served well, and the shareholders that are shortchanged. You reap what you sew.....
Carl, who should never have been ever hired years ago, needs to hire underlings that are inferior, aka, dumber than he is. He has to go far down the chain to do that. All Carl knows how to do is kiss ass and lord over his moron underlings. He is a top contributor in Pfizer’s demise.
