    when is approval expected?
Will Dupixent Derm reps sell for this indication or will it be a separate team?

If you bother to do any searching on your own you would see that there will be a separate team for the new indication. Lazy fuck!!

I am interested in the new asthma indication. How is the culture and expectations for the new division? Is Sanofi or here a better place to be for it?

You are rude and awful. I hope you don’t work for Regeneron...wouldn’t speak well for the company. I bet you wouldn’t say this if you weren’t hiding behind anonymity!...terrible example.

Hope this is a joke. Having a hard enough time trying to convince onc reps to join the company.

"We are Regeneron"? Read the fortune 500 listings much? 583 is nothing to brag about. your are also only the 49th best company to work for. Do some home work and stop drinking the cool aid before you post ignorant comments.

You are an embarrassment, unhinged and you need meds. Is this JL in NC by any chance??

I'll give you some unhinged advice. Make sure you consider the following (Granted these are the negatives & there are a number of positives as well):
    - 18 days PTO (that's vacation, personal & sick days), but we do get the week of Christmas off
    - Ask questions about 401K - the one you're leaving is most likely better
    - Do not be 'swooned' by stock option offering; I don't know anyone who has ANY that are above water
    - Company owner/leadership has no respect for the Commercial side and has openly said as much

That’s not true, my stock options were above water for about 37 minutes two months ago.

Forget about benefits. The drug is set for failure. Xolair is already quite established. Nucala just released a study showing benefit for Xolair failures. Then there is Fasenra dosed once every two months with good efficacy. Dupixent will be 5th to the game with comparable efficacy to Nucala, dosed every 2 weeks(which is not going to be easy for patients to come to office that frequently), and it’s coming out how long after competition has established managed care and office relationships? It is a joke that Regeneron thinks they will be able to have this product as a self administered drug. The targeted patient has a higher risk for anaphylaxis and that is why it is important to go to office. Doomed to fail!!!

You clearly don't know this market from these statements. You are either a Nucala rep or a Regeneron rep from derm that didn't get the job....which is it?

Hey and don't forget about Cinqair, we will scoop up all your failures and non-compliant patients!!!!

It looks like DUPIXENT is going to be another ‘high eo’s’ biologic. Won’t touch Xolair unless they actually show what happened to the patients with high IgE... which they seem to have kept quiet about. Fasenra has already branded themselves as the ‘E-Asthma’ biologic with NO EO’s range needed!!!! Sorry... not impressed. And Nucala eating Fasenra scraps..... Buh Bye Dupi....
