How bad is the bonus going to be this time given the dismal performance of our stock? I have heard that payout will be much lesser than target opportunity, but when will we know the exact figure? Honestly, without a good payout it’s just not worth it to work in such a place...
Whatever it is my guess is it’s going to be pretty bad. Don’t worry though I’m sure the execs will be taken care of.
The only thing that I can say with utmost certainty about Marky Mark is that he likes to get paid and will not do anything to jeopardize that. So, bonus will be not as bad as it could have been is my guess.
Be grateful that you still have a job before asking for perks. The company has so far shielded us from the market turmoil and I am surprised no one gives them enough credit for it.. look around you.. all you hear about is about layoffs from other companies..

i feel sorry for you. the problems u write of are not normal and not disclosed before hire. saying ‘just leave’ gives cred to the problems being ok. they r not okay. we will leave. you stay and enjoy yourself
this is very true and combine with the OIG (federal government) seizing phones and computers by electronic downloads and managed care people (reimbursmemt managers) having computers siezed sure says this place is going down fast
