There no worries in Women's health. We are good! Our products still bring in a substantial contribution to the companies bottom line. The risk is if they decide to sell the division which I am assured by a very reliable source will not happen. If you were let go keep looking within company. Oncology will just continue to grow and therefore expand its opportunities!

Well let me just say no one and mean no one believes any of your babble. We are in trouble and we know it. It will not last much longer but I hope I am wrong!

Who’s your source, your mother? I can’t believe your naïveté. We are a very insignificant part of PFE.

The source remains anonymous to you but very reliable. He told me Kathy would be staying. Half a billion dollars is not insignificant!

Half a billion dollars would be there without us pushing it. Don’t forget we are overhead.

That is so not true. Yes its true that the contract sales force outperformed the Legacy Pfizer before we replaced them, but we pushed Duavee to the top of an ant hill. I guess you are right, we are overhead but the important thing is we provide jobs for all the management above us. If we were not here , then look at all those huge salaries that would disappear. Our jobs will stay put so we can preserve the jobs of our Overlords who makes hoardes of cash.

  13. For what it's worth, may DM told me the other day that layoffs will be coming by June. Time to dust off the CV.

Here's the truth, they are looking at some changes which may effect head count slightly. The franchise is taking a big hit and expects to lose more as generics erode market share, but untold millions of dollars still being made off these ponies, pun intended! Sales leadership is looking at merging Womens health with another disease state. They are acutely aware of the talent and as Pfizer sales force dwindles, they do not want to give up on talented people. My advice is hold tight but look at other areas of the company for opportunities. Pfizer will be here for a long time and hopefully we can all stay with them. Good Luck!!!!!

No worries, You guys will be here for a long time. Too many upper management jobs would be lost if division is lost. They know how to save their jobs!

Yes, I agree, we will be here for a long time or at least until they sell the division. I don't think that will happen either so we are safe!!

Yes its nice but they need to do something about morale. It's at its lowest. This is such a simple job but our administration still does not understand Drs. are forced to write , not the best drug, but the most economical. What is it they don't understand about that concept. Reps have absolutely no control over those issues. Its our highly paid account managers that need to step up to the plate and make the deals. Unfortunately they can't either and as such they are just getting huge dollars to have LESS influence than us. Still don't you just love it when your DBM will ask you,"what's your Plan?" Did you sell anything?" SO STUPID!! The whole model has changed but our structure is still mired in the past!!
