Ah monday. The start of faking calls

    MSBU is the Titanic. What successful business would set up a structure where their employees must lie in order to achieve a metric which is basically meaningless? The goal is to have the docs prescribe Gilenya and have the patients achieve success with the medication. The goal is not reach and frequency, using ipad, micro management, etc. The goal is achieved by formulating a strategy for each doc and implementing the strategy. This is such basic business 101. Instead leadership tell the reps they must do this and use that. There are even ABLs that force business plans on their reps and the ABLs don't have a clue about the customers. This is why the MSBU has failed and will continue to fail. Also turnover is a large factor. Look at the bottom teams. Turnover and dislike of the ABL is visible.

    Alcon is moving to electronic signature in 2 weeks. Just curious- does Novartis run reports with time stamped signatures and send them to managers? Do they enforce a first sig at 8ish and last sig at 4ish/5? We are curious to know what we are in for. Thanks!

    Every Pharma company is like this now it’s all a total lie, a farce, companies say words like Integrety and Character and then expect you to lie all day long or get put on a PIP.

    System is totally f’ up. Just milk it as long as possible.

    Novartis stands for corruption cheating and robbing people in need, it's a bank that sells drugs it is that simple

    1st mistake is to take this job seriously. Anyone who has been in the industry before knows that you have to play pretend Sales Rep when at a meeting or during w/w. It’s part of the charade, it goes w/ the check. Lesson one to newbie into industry... the job is a joke, it’s not sales, the sales numbers are fudge, everything is FUDGE!! You are paid to play pretent seriousness in front of managers but please do not take the job seriously when you are alone. Lesson 2 next week the When You Master the ART of pretend you are ready for ABL

    Nah.. still at home.....Conference call Yah Yah.... just got Schooled on "Perseverance" and how the "Vikings" followed their "process" and won the game. I am so pumped to "fake" now.... That's my process.
