I haven't worked for him but I know of a couple very well respected reps that left shortly after he became their boss. Coincidence? Probably not. He's a new manager so I'll cut him some slack. hopefully he can learn from past mistakes and figure things out quickly. Probably too soon to tell, but it sounds like it's been a rocky beginning.
He was brought in to launch Romo as a DM without any DM experience. Within 7 months, he had two of his best people resign and was sat down by the remaining people and given feedback on the changes he needed to make or the rest were gone. He then gets transferred to launch the migraine drug and before the drug even launches, he has had another 2 people quit. He may be a nice guy personally but I would be very careful about working for this guy as he has had 4 quit on him in his first year being a DM.
