Hi Folks, any sense of how many sales reps Sanofi is using to push Dupixent? Sales seem to be picking up steam pretty smoothly

I noticed the postings for the asthma division managers. What are your thoughts on applying for the sales rep positions once they are posted?

    These are unbelievable opportunities!
Unless of course, you would be unhappy with a below industry average salary and unattainable sales goals. Or if you know that Sanofi has failed to successfully launch a new product this decade. Or if you have an aversion to working for a large bureaucratic business that thinks its still 1998. Or if you dont like being treated like a number instead of a person. Or if you think its unprofessional to be forced to share a hotel room with a stranger at meetings. Or if you think its outrageous that you need to supply free wifi at home for a Fortune 500 corporation. Or if you think the company should reimburse any portion of your cell phone expense. Or if you think your base salary shouldnt remain frozen for years.
Otherwise, These jobs represent the chance of a lifetime!

This is the best post so far in 2018. This was spot on with Sanofi . You did leave out bullying ,racism, and rampant cronyism. Sanofi has the worst culture in the pharma. When people leave here they feel like they were cured of cancer.

Thank you for the honest feedback. I hate my current company but it sounds just like where I currently am and want out not looking to stay in the same cray cray!

Smart choice . Stay clear of Sanofi. It's a dumpster fire. The worst management in the industry.

I noticed there are some postings gone for district managers yet some are still up. Have they filled the DM spots yet or are they still building that team? What areas are filled for the managers?

When will they start posting for the sales rep positions?

I am in hell right now so Sanofi can not be worst and I am interested in selling this product.

    Thx

There are 9 RBDs with 10-11 reps each. Sanofi reps need not apply. They are looking for 3+ years of biologics, current asthma relationships and recent national award winners. So essentially they want Xolair Reps. Diabetes reps with excellent CPA and lots of sample dropping and excellent reach & frequency metrics need not apply. Even top Praluent reps don't have a prayer. Ex-Auvi-Q reps are being laughed at. If you don't have Amgen, Biogen or Abbvie on your resume, you won't be considered.

Hey, I don't see Teva mentioned as a possibility? Sounds like reps with Teva on their resume are getting some very nice looks, especially those who had Cinqair experience!!!

And where is this info coming from? Fact from an actual RBD or opinion? I'm on the good side if any of this is true. Which is funny using the word "true" regarding a CP thread...I get it folks...but I'm entertaining myself here.

Arrogant asshole . Try selling Praluent and deal with the headaches and roadblocks . 1 month selling Praluent these allergy reps would cave . Praluent is toughest biological I've ever sold. You wouldn't last Shirley.
