2018 to bring lots of surprise change for sales organization!

several long time reps are on their way out the door after the new year. Just leaving due to poor pay and ridiculous parameters placed by pricing office to put together deals. Everyone is frustrated by managements recent lack of focus and understanding about what is necessary to conduct business these days. The minute the gestapo was put in charge of the pricing group all bets were off. There is no imagination or creativity to try and make things work. Amazing how in such a short period of time a great work environment was ruined by one troll!

 

Storz is doomed!!!
The world is moving on to robotics and high tech innovation.
Storz has two choices? evolve or die.

They chose the latter. Some genius up top creates further segmentation by dividing urology and video; and restructuring territories. They are literally just pushing shit around expecting different outcomes. Too funny!!!

Someone take a note on what Stryker has done over the past 5 years. Now that is a true MIS company.
Storz is an antiquated scope company pretending to be more than what they are.
