What does everyone think of the new bonus structure for 2018?

Only 25% of IC based on individual performance and the rest based on company as a whole. That tells me we are in big trouble. The company has no intention of paying out much if any bonus going forward. My resume has been out since Christmas.

only 25% of personal performance in the field sales bonus for 2018?

LOL You really think there will be a bonus for 2018? March 2019 will be an empty field, and Teva selling generics. If you believe the Nashville bs speech you are truly naive. There job is to keep people here producing as long as possible before the sell off.

I agree with this post. I don't see anyway there will be anymore bonus payouts going forward. How long before they cut the lights off of branded altogether? No company can sustain paying no bonus to salespeople and expect success. Get those resumes out. Other companies are hiring and are not crumbling.

My manager emailed my team and vehemently stated that is bonus plan does NOT apply to Field Sales.....I don't know what to believe at this point lol...

The plan is for everyone, sales included. A quote from the plan, "The new plan applies to all Teva employees at all levels." Your manager is either not informed, or lying to you.

The salesforce will be incentivized differently. If you look at the very end of the slides, it states that this pertains to everyone at Teva, EXCEPT sales. Thank goodness. At least they are still paying sales a bonus going forward. They did make it very difficult to understand though, so I see the confusion. Check the last slide, last sentence.

So i found out tomorrow if I’m going to be transitioned into the Psych team...how much of a base pay increase can I expect or should be asking for? I’m hoping for $15-20K...does that sound about right?

Don't forget to tell them that if you don't get the increase that you will stop working. It's effective.

I guarantee you will not be seeing any pay increase whatsoever. They will tell you that you are lucky to be on this sinking ship. LUCKY! Angry manager guy will be along again to tell you how fortunate you are and if you don't like it you should leave.

We won't receive a dollar, my manager and director made it clear that if we weren't moved to Psych we would be cut because they have too many Reps

Sounds like a take it or leave it option. Hmmmm Sounds like a common (sense) thread. Also, if you are looking and not successful than you are LUCKY that you are here.

Look chief, no one is lucky to be here. This isn't the only employer around. We are in the best economy and enjoying the best employment rates in decades so kindly STFU with the stupid rhetoric. This company was run down by a bunch of bad decisions by people who pull big coin. They probably were paid handsomely to leave. Now the people that have been faithful to this circus are being shit on by posts like yours.

Any idea what would happen here if we all left tomorrow? Do you understand the cost to replace us to keep the Titanic looking like a decent bet stock wise? I have no doubt they want attrition, but they cannot afford for everyone to leave right now so check your meds.
