MG management definitely lives up to its shitty reputation. Former AMS was so blessed to get Mary Gilbert and Cathy Olsen to roam our hallways. They must be graduates of the Jim Tobin school of management. I just don't understand why people like to be surly assholes? It must be either a power trip or their lives are so shitty, they want everyone else to be miserable. Mary is a thin skinned micromanager that gets angry for not giving her a heads up if heaven forbid a regulatory question comes up in a meeting. Then bad mouths people behind their back by making unsubstantiated accusations. Cathy has turned Lee U. Into a narcissistic asshole that must air his grievances, even if it takes over a meeting he is not leading. He now plays the role of a contrarian in every meeting and can derail the agenda because he is a director Mtka is quite the place to work now. I truly feel sorry for our patients as they are usually the last priority. People in Marlborough are for the most part great to work with so I don't understand the cancer that is Maple Grove. Please comment, I am curious as to why MG produces such fucked up piece of shit leaders? They promote the more ornery, homely bastards they can find.
