Morally? Maybe nobody. Practically? If it's a senior-subordinate thing, then maybe there is favoritism that limits an opportunity for you. If it's not and they know you know, then it becomes a threat that may limit your opportunities. If it doesn't involve you and it's on the company dime, then they're committing fraud and you know it. Have the balls to report them because that's money that's taking away from your bonus, profit share, whatever? Good luck, because it's going to come back on you. Drop an email to a spouse and watch it self destruct- they aren't worth a shit anyway.

I think the only reason she stays with him is that he has somehow fooled people into thinking he knows what he is talking about.. which couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s just said to see it being played with itchy in front of her. But she doesn’t see it? Maybe she’s just in denial and will enjoy her kids while he provides for them.
