Sandoz branch of Novartis is going no where.

They might flip the pill portion but the Biosimilar side is long term. And if they sell off then grab the surf board ride the wave to the land of unicorns

Sandoz is a holding pen for horses that want to go to other places.

It’s a non integrated finger point revenue generator for Novartis.

There is no structure of actual goals and objectives other than stuffing GPO contracts in customers faces. It’s a commodity bean and rice business.

And everyone spends their time talking behind someone’s back and waiting for their next move

It’s a strong paycheck but it’s like working for the mafia mob.

You never know when you will get hacked or filet’d like a fish.

And I forgot the suck ups. Oh so many ass lickers.

sandoz is like a beat journalist trying to find that big story.

Everyone in the company is starving for something to talk about. Some new angle.

    Wake up everyone

Sandoz is a regulated entity in a generic Biosimilar market place. There is nothing novel in this mission.

It’s a vanilla flavor and always will be vanilla. Accept it!!

Question: of all the managers you've had over your career, how many make your list of "would never work for them again under any circumstance?" For me that answer is five, with three of them at Sandoz. this company is a piece of shit, run before the cesspool flushes and takes your reputation with it.

There is only one manager I have had that I would never work for again. He was a fraud, completely without ethics, forced reps to do things that were illegal and punished those who did not. He was finally fired, but I am sure he is now with another pharma company since this was a longstanding pattern with him.

Worth considering their current dermatology openings in LA?
