Aren't most sales managers coming from MG's Kos team? It looks like another Kos in the making, tough ride but very good end.

A couple of the managers had been at Kos but I do not believe any of them had ever been Medallion winners as Managers. I think only 1 had been as a rep. Phil didn't want anyone that would make him look "less than". Good people but not top leaders. Adrian didn't believe in Phil and Mark stuck with his choice. Mark also has a tendency to look for people who won't push him and only engraciate themselves and yes him.

 

JR works one day a week and does not need a company car because he does not field travel. But don’t worry he has the singing Rep.
