Intellectual gifted man, but lacks the foundation of emotional intelligence aka empathy for others. He fakes his collaboration skills and that he is a team player but back stabs others. He is finally paying for it. If he was smart enough he would look into himself rather than blame others.

Jay is interviewing elsewhere now that his Amgen future is at stake. I know he’s been looking. His wife likes Cali as she is from the LA area but I think he wants to go back East where his parents are and where his brother recently moved. I see Jay getting a VP title at some Cambridge biotech that doesn’t know he’s a hack. His MIT pedigree will get him there.

Jay is hyper competitive. Perfect Amgen pit bull. Win at all cost despite destroying people or patients along the way.

JC may think he is better than Kyle because of his elite pedigree, but his brother is more of human being than Jay will ever be.

Yes everyone, these are the people that surround us daily in the workplace. Full of judgement without an ounce of remorse. Quit worrying about what he is doing. You may actually get some work done of your own.

Get off your high horse. I earned my spot up here and you're not dragging me down to your level.

I know how arrogant Jay is and this whole thread, he is in total denial. He will only ask people who will confirm that he is smart and a victim of his success. The reason Jay will never be anything more than a management whipping boy is that he doesn’t have any human conviction.

JC has been talking about Enbrel divestment, especially by eliminating the field force. This divestment will allow for more McKinsey consulting projects to identify better areas of growth for Amgen. He calls getting rid of the Enbrel field force as an “opportunity cost enabler”.

Jay is looking to be a VP at Amgen so he can jump to a smaller company and be CEO. He wants to hire only ex-McKinsey and Ivy grads.

The enbrel field force could literally be replaced by drones.

Jay believes he should be CEO because all of Amgen is so much stupider than him.

Jay: How I can help you become more evil?

Bob Bradway: Do whatever I say. We will takeover the entire Industry and fire all people without an elite pedigree.

Jay: Should they wear signs on their shirts that say "Non Ivy"

Bob Bradway: Yes, and they get no severance

:Jay: Let's put these bitches in their place. Let's put them on the street! MUAHAHAHA!!!

Bob Bradway: Don't get too excited small man. You have lots to learn.

He is hiring more like himself to the enbrel team.

He must need more PowerPoints with dragons to slay Humira. Once Humira reps are gone, he will use the aphrodisiac properties of stinky tofu to get access while Enbrel cost like an oncology drug.

Jay goes to the Brentwood School and ask the little kids there how to fix Enbrel. The answer is “Hello Kitty”.

Despite his pedigree, I don’t think Jay is smarter than he thinks he is. His arrogance is notable though.
