Rumor has it that Jeff Bezos is researching the PBM sector and will possibly buy a smaller PBM to hook into Amazon mail order. Go Jeff! Competition is definitely needed! He probably would be profitable in less that 6 months of hooking up the PBM pipeline to mail order business.

really? express scripts is run by a a collection of criminal scumbags, and the employees who actually do the work are incompetent and negligent regardless of the reasons - overwork, underpay, abusive atmosphere. methods aside, the motive is greed. do you actually think that amazon is an altruistic corporation that consistently does due diligence on its vendors, and verifies that the vendors' employee policies and practices foster the type of quality control at every stage that is required in an online pharmacy? for god's sake, what percentage of amazon's vendors are in China? what are the employee conditions in the factories that supply these vendors? or do you think that, as long as amazon's administration is marginally better than express scripts', thinks will be just rosy? i'm sorry, but this is a far bigger problem.

Looks like they are entering private label OTC products. Rx products are next. Different angle.
