Who is running this company into the ground?

Seriously this is getting beyond insane.
Our new leader is by far the worst seen, he can’t even talk for God’s sake?!! Is he for real..come on we all have never seen a man talk like this? It’s embarrassing.
I think he got his points off of Sales Leader for Dummies..horrible and not even translatable to this type of sale.
Sure I do well but I don’t have to do much and my stupid PNV partner does less..don’t tell me go look somewhere else if I’m not happy cause I won’t but I’m just telling y’all it’s the biggest load of shit we haven’t launched cause we ain’t gonna. Hurry up and sell this POS Mr M or get the corporate leaders to truly train some of these fools in the field and analyze these numbers as they should. Get some proper coverage, talk is cheap. So was our POA in the gator swamp.
