why Do we still keep these useless navigators and AEs on? It’s just pissing our doctors and limiting access.
It's absurd. It is a total duplication of jobs and the accounts DO NOT want anyone new at Biogen walking in and even if they did they have no resources to offer. The directors keep saying it's "new" but it's been a year of worthless BS!!!!!!!!! Can we kill it already?
Here in Boston doing some great work with And for ALS patients. We need as much help as we can get. Cheer on this company and lets do it together.
This has been one of the worst and most disruptive business decisions the company has made. I hope they fix it soon before we lose every relationship in important accounts.
My RD told me the changes are coming Q2. Minimal impact on customers and should remain almost identical in my geography.
Changes will not be earth shattering but enough to cause some major disruptions. Geographic areas will be different, reps will be gaining and losing accounts, and roles will change for some. It will be a very bumpy road until this all plays itself out.
Time to trim the fat. You all know who you are. AE/TLL will be combined and some will be OUT when the merry-go-round comes to a stop. Get your resumes ready
