Glen Warner can’t know how pervasive this problem is. Most areas have been doing this for years with not one person ever questioning the behavior

 

Its hard to respect and listen to a manager who knows about this and allows it to go on. How can any manager expect his W2 employees to listen to a word they say when they allow this behavior to go on.

 

i know for a fact that my manager allows certain reps to carry whatever they want. He absolutely lies about it...honorable and respectable leadership!

 

The newer managers have no clue. They were former mid reps who carried other lines as well and the people that they now manage know it!

Lots of older reps are allowed to carry other lines, even competitive! Managers know but can’t do anything about it

 

You have to carry other lines to support your income. S&N has F’d the reps so much the past few years with their shitty comp plans, we have to look elsewhere to survive financially.

A S&N rep in PA carries Exactech as well.. Can’t be good for business for S&N.

 

All or most of the W2 sports reps carry other lines and aren’t worried a bit.

 

Reps all over the country are carrying multiple lines.Zimmer reps in my area were selling other stuff because of their backprder situation. S@N does not have a shoulder. Many of their reps carry Exactech and Tornier shoulder. What does it say about their sales forces that they allow another orthopedic companies rep sell their product

That might be because this company is full of fuck ups and retreads.

 

Wright Medical? I doubt that. Exactech I can understand because we don’t have a shoulder. No way one of our reps has Wright’s bag.
