Yet another thing to defend. Not disclosing payments to doctors. Man, it’s got to be hard defending alleged channel stuffing, stock price fixing, wrongful terminations, investigation at the VA’s, and now this nice little blurb in the WSJ. https://www.wsj.com/articles/mimedx-fast-growing-developer-of-tissue-graft-products-didnt-report-payments-to-doctors-1519300800
Consider the sources of information. Consider the information itself. Lies, innuendo and half truths. No specifics. No evidence. What are the details? Who are these people? What’s their reputation? Anyone can start a smear campaign on social media. Truly sad and pathetic. What’s the motive of those making accusations? Why take to social media vs looking for legal remedies? If 1% of this is true, why not just sue? At this point, absolutely 0% of the allegations are proven. Innocent until proven guilty? http://www.mimedx.com/
