    There are lots of positions posted across the country for this expansion. Does anyone know when they are looking to have reps hired by?

    The daily activities have taken a questionable turn unfortunately.
    Downside:
    * We spend a tremendous amount of time weekly on Admin. ( almost 1 full day per week )
    * 45-60 minutes per day in our storage facilities. We receive about a pallet of samples per week.
    * We compete against one another for bonus dollars, not just rank (this discourages reps to share there success stories)
    * Bonus compensation is not what is promised during the hiring process.
    * Non-existent work life balance
    * Partial Credit for reps sales = NOI ( reflects 1/3 of territory )
    * Inconsistent and Contradicting direction from senior management
    * Discrepancies in sales reports
    * We promote either 1 to 2 additional brands that we are not compensated for. Depending on where you are located in the nation, it could be 3 brands (Dermablend, Acne-Free, Clarisonic) All good brands but time consuming to promote and takes away from primary brands
    * No additional compensation when promoted
    * Called upon to frequently impose on our client base to accommodate unusual requests from General Manager of Active Cosmetics Division (It is frequently forgotten that we are here to service the clients. Not the other wat around)
    * Policing measures are being explored to mirror a Pharmaceutical Company (ie signatures, time and location stamps, GPS on our iPads)

    Upside:
    * L'Oreal looks great on a resume
    * Genuinely great products that do have a positive impact on patient's quality of life
    * Majority of people we work with are true professionals and are likeable people
    * Company Car
    * Benefits - Full Healthcare Benefits, 401K, Pension after 5 years, Profit Sharing, Free goods from company store 3 times per year, Company vehicle vs. car allowance
    * Some room for advancement

    With all of this going on, I expect an exodus of many of the tenured reps and DMs. especially with the IC structure.

    Many are looking for new positions. Reps that have been here for years as well as reps that have only been here for a few months. The compensation package isn't bad however the bonuses are horrible or non-existent .
