How do you like the new 5 tier system for payouts rewarding the bottom?

I just missed presidents club by a hair and now I get the bomb that I am now penalized and given the lowest payout for every script I bring in???? (tier 1) While those that brought in the least last year will get the biggest payout per script??? This sounds very backwards to me - incentivizing the wrong people the wrong way! Are you kidding me? Of course those that did not do well are happy! But those that did well are not. You know what you did, Neurocrine? you just set up the employees to not want to work hard! You set up a system to punish those that really may have busted their butts to try and be winners last year! I have been in other start ups and they did not do this! Those of us at the top were able to make a lot of money and were not penalized! You Should re-think this, since you all seem to say you are always changing. Change this! It is plain WRONG!!!

i have to say it does seem a little unfair to those that have done well . Now they have been put in buckets and told they are going to get less money . I would be upset too. I am in home office and thought it was a strange plan. I would be mad. You all at the top should complain. Not right. This seems like a Pelosi plan . Ha ha

Pelosi's cousin is one of our directors so that makes a great deal of sense

I'd like to be over it but I can't ignore the RSU. What will that be worth if we're bought out? Anyone read the fine print - does a change in control trigger accelerated vesting?

chill people. ic plans are difficult at best to get right for everyone. while i'm in same boat, and I dont like the new plan i can surmise that they are trying to do the right thing for patients, the brand and of course the NAS- its a difficult balance but, I think they mean well. No I'm not a RM, just a NAS w some exp in the matter.
Just keep launching this treatment with vigor - its a winner. would you want to promote austedo?
