    Dear Arthur and the Croonies on The Board Of Directors,

    “Nothing destroys trust more than telling someone you’re going to do something and then not doing it.


    We are all human and things happen but, more often than not, I think it’s a lack of respect and/or disorganization that keeps people from doing what they said they were going to do.

    saw this on Linked In and couldn’t help to think that the memory that Depomed left 40% of the faithful and dutiful employees is that this company is a piece of S***!

    Dear Arthur,

    I received the $4000 that you stole/borrowed from me from 3rd quarter 2017. Now another 40% has been deducted which means I never got paid bonus for the full 3rd quarter. Instead of a quarterly bonus for July, August and September,

    You gave a separate July bonus then took 20% back stating the company didn’t reach its goal when there was a stocking issue. That July bonus was then taxed at another 40%.



    You gave a separate August bonus then took 20% back stating the company didn’t reach its goal when there was a stocking issue. That August bonus was then taxed at another 40%.

    You withheld September’s bonus and paid it with 4th quarter’s bonus to make the payout seem larger than what it was, and another 40% was taxed with that lump sum pay.

    Now, your make believe “alternative fact-like” pay with is actually the 20% illegally deducted in July and the 20% illegally deducted in August you return on 2/28.

    I can see how you can fool some people with this narrative. They will even celebrate the return of their own money. Not me. I don’t celebrate the $2800 returned to me when another $50,000 is still owed to me. Some of us are Idiots, but not all of us. Just like you dropped the money that you stole from us in our accounts. Drop the additional 3 months severance and accelerated stock that we are due in there too. Your turn.

    Dear Arthur,

    Why didn’t you tell the board that the severance packages for the pain force were changed? Weren’t they suppose to vote on it prior to submitting it as an official, approved document to the pain force? Also, did you forget that you are to inform employees 6 month prior to a change in the employee handbook becomes valid. SMH. Boy, you stupid.
