does HR actually respond?

If multiple people, who work both directly and indirectly with - or have directly observed - someone who is not only incompetent, but has demonstrated lewd and inappropriate behavior reports this to HR, what else need to happen before this dolt is kicked to the curb? I understand that there is a manager who has been reported by more than a half dozen people to HR, employee relations, and legal because policy issues were also involved. Yet, this person is still with the company? Seems like someone has protection? Nice to know where our company priorities are.

A Class Action Law Suit may be the best route. Even though Alexion's "culture change" and " zero tolerance" policies are in place, however they are not set in stone (probably written in erasable ink). Good luck!

Under the guise of “restructuring” they targeted many over 50 yrs old. One dept had all women over 40 targeted even though there were individuals who were there less than 2-3 yrs. this compan,y is definitely breaking the law and it will catch up with them.
