so Mannkind folks, be careful using names in your posts, because the Nazi trolls Cafe Pharma regularly and will have the thread pulled if it says his name. so sorry for your most recent experiences at MK since he arrived. He is not a well liked person over here either.

You don’t perform you don’t get paid. Nothing is for free. If you are an employee get over it and move on as you obviously are not a high performer. They need to get rid of all the slackers, as a sH I demand it.

Never in my career have a seen a National Sales Director alienate a sales force in such a short amount of time. Someone needs to bitch slap the little troll! And someone needs the bitch slap the moron who thought hiring Nassi was a good idea!

But wait there's more...Nassi demanded that for Q2 all territories had to produce no less than 91 prescriptions, have a 48% TRX increase over the previous quarter and have a 1% market share. Not only will we not be hitting any of these unreasonable demands, we aren't even close. Nassi is a manager, not a leader. No one is willing to run through walls for this bozo. Ironically he will probably receive a Q2 incentive check at the expense of the salesforce again.

Anyone that treats those around him, from subordinates to people in Home office with such disdain and disrespect is no leader. Everything he has laid hands on since February has been a cluster. How many IC plans can one sales force be subjected to? Let’s change it quarterly because that’s what successful companies do. At what point does the C Suite recognize that the departure of talented employees will not sell more product or fix a dismal stock? Sometimes it’s best to cut your losses and move forward.

Well, the ones that left couldn't sell any less product. Hard to sell less than nothing.
