What is the base pay range for a rhumetology rep? Also, what % of the customers are primary care docs? Thanks!

Don’t even bother, company just laid off 40% of Duzallo salesforce with more to come most likely. Go elsewhere

Why are they hiring if they just did layoffs?

So they can lay you off before you hit the field dummy!

Ur not rlly. A rheumatology rep, it’ll be at least 85% primary care docs and very few rheums. It’s rlly a primary care drug, rheums aren’t rlly interested. As far as bay pay, it’s high. Whatever you’re making you can prob get a 10k Bump. They did just lay off 40% of duzallo reps just FYI

Duzallo contract force will make between $65k and $75k and will be rolled out in 6 months. If I was a Duzallo lead I would be updating my resume and making my move now. Whoever's decision it was to buy Zurampic and launch Duzallo is the one who should be held accountable and lose there job. Ironwood is acting just like "Big Pharma". Shame on you Ironwood upper management.....you do the honorable thing and should accept the blame and fall on your sword instead of pinning it on the hardworking reps you just laid off and plan on laying off in the near future.

    90-110k

100k base, 30k at plan, sign on bonus, stocks, etc seems to be a fairly typical offer package.

Pilots of contract reps with PDI currently happening, not sure of that

I wouldn't touch this company with a ten-foot pole. Reps sold an impossible drug and no one from home office took accountability for it.

The company is overrun with ex-Novartis managers. It is a bro-ha-ha with these guys running the show, and aren't hesitant to make cuts. If you want to be a pawn piece on a bigger game of chess, come work for ironwood.
