Why do you turn a blind eye to the tidal wave of negativity that Heather Prendergast casts over the region she is charged with overseeing? Do you not care? Do you not believe those who yearn to be heard? Don't you care about her miserable record and lack of sales achievement? Are you deaf to the TMs and RMs who jump ship to get away from her and who are held back from growing revenue because of their fear of getting on her radar? Are you not answerable for the lackluster results in her area? Are you unaware of the division and toxicity that surrounds her? When your job is on the line for inaction you may regret being so willingly aloof and uninvolved.
