As long as the DM is making the company money they can do whatever they want. Here are some examples of what our "great" and "ethical" DM's currently do while HR looks the other way:

-A DM has made a pass at a subordinate (or several), and an executive of the company asks that the subordinate be fired to “clean up” the situation and instill fear in the rest of the team so they remain silent.
-A DM repeatedly makes homophobic, racist, or sexist remarks to their colleagues, but the company has deemed the individual critical to the functioning of the sales team, and so is merely given a warning.
-Company morale is suffering and complaints are showing up on online sites like Glassdoor and Cafepharma so HR is charged with “fixing” the company’s rating as turnover skyrockets.
-Well-performing employees are repeatedly given poor performance reviews to make their firing tidy.

met my latest director. WTF? Who did he sleep with to get the job? This retread can't help me as he doesn't know crap. Pissed off one of my docs with salesman for dummies questions. All he did was show that he doesn't know sales, doesn't know relationships and how to keep them, doesn't know our approved applications, and doesn't know our science and how to use it in a meaningful way. You idiot, you just cost me money, and damaged my status with a practioner. Go back to watching tv and phoning in your job.

Really? You must be great in front of your docs. "Duh, it's a pump."

YES, it's a pump. But he screwed up a wound dressing! Fresh out of dos school and he f#@ks up a wound dressing. AH, you didn't do your reps any favors with this retread. I'll start trying again, when you start caring again.

no one knows what director you are talking about. I am a new manager and I like to tell people what to do and my boss likes me.

  15. What the hell is going on in central FL??? It kinda sounds like it is falling apart at a level beyond even the norm at KCI?! What’s the deal?

What has happened in Florida is that SN has retaken it.

Wow, who is working Tampa anymore???? I feel bad for the DCS - and they can’t even get coverage bonuses anymore. Trrrrble

That DCS is solid too. They have to hope she sticks around otherwise the wheels will completely fall off. Did it all start when the previous DM left - the mass exodus and losses started piling up? Sounds like perfect timing to leave.
