Is this question answered by the big pharma companies when other companies inquire for a background check?

 

Yes and No. It depends on what you did.

 

It was not an extreme offense, but enough to be terminated. I am hoping big pharm companies take a “yes/no” approach to the question of confirming employment, but don’t answer the ‘rehireable’ question in order to stay away from lawsuits. In California.

With a DUI...it’s pretty much a pharma death sentence.
