Ann Gugino, Dave Misiak, Shorty Rogan.....
We all want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for wrecking a company that Pete Frechette and Jim Wiltz built. Your ideas suck, your arrogance sucks and you three have put many dedicated employees futures in jeapardy. You three obviously had or have a high opinion of your capabilities but you are failures. Your credentials do not support your opinion of yourselves. Please leave....take the benefits that are written in your contracts (which you don’t deserve) and go to hell!

Ya think the legal eagles would have said psssst, they have emails ,enough to show collusion amongst us defendants.
Better say it's fake news....And never stop saying it right to the conviction or signing the agreement to end the litigation, but before you sign be sure to add we were framed!

haha mooonshot. Our rocket exploded on the launchpad. All that nonsensical drivel. We even paid for a fucking astronaut to drive home the message.

Should’ve fired the idiots at mission control long ago.

Exactly right from what I see, this lawsuit is not a big deal and it would be hard to prove that anyone in the market could not get a fair price with all the crazy promotions and deals available directly from manufacturers.

A real problem, though, is that the last PDCO earnings call publicized a focus strategy on growing private label. With no less than 14 mentions on the call, it is a big red flag that a company with proven success on delivering new technology and high quality brands to customers is thinking changing primary focus to promoting "low bidder of the year commodity products" to dental offices will deliver a win. Pursuing a low price strategy will not grow top line revenue. Sales focus on PL will cost name brand MFG support in the market and it will create an environment that allows others to easily differentiate as Patterson will no longer be working to bring the best products to the customer. I am not sure the PL strategy has been thought through past improved margin on a few orders. Stock performance indicates the short sellers are not too worried about a turnaround based on what they heard. I think PDCO is about 10% short interest now...

just shows how delusional the “leaders” of this company have been, and continue to be. I wonder how some of the recently retirees of this company who’ve worked so hard are feeling with the stock meltdown. Hopefully they’ve diversified.

As far as the management team, you can’t fix stupid, you can and should replace it though. Long overdue!

Interesting accusation considering how they aligned themselves with heartland dental 2 years ago. That's the motherload of group purchasing.

That’s the least of our problems. The brass is “transforming” what was a great company into a smelly, steamy turd.

Circling the drain just like the turd that it is,never worked at such a place with so many deceitful back stabbing self aggrandizing overbearing inflated egos in my life who spend all their free time validating their conceptions of what went wrong and who's to blame without coming to this simple realization "The one consistency in all your failed endeavours is you".

Looks like you spent time in the home office working with the dental leadership. It’s amazing to see the constant stream of self promotions, raises, & title changes these folks gave themselves while creating the current conditions we work within. As Walchirk shores up operational issues, the dental leadership trio behave as if they just started here and were not part of the process that has led us to where we are today. Will they shape up or ship out?

Makes one wish that this company was a democratic one where we could vote those 3 dipsticks off the island without a boat. Package them out and let’s move on.

Well since Stumpy and Pumpkin Head were named in the FTC complaint directly along with the Guggs, I'm sure unless the board is totally asleep at the wheel they'll be gone soon enough. A good start but then there's a whole host of other psychophants and hangers on that need to go too.

Almost forgot about the Guggs. Odd little screw up he was for sure. Bouncing around on stage and ranting like a nutcase all for not.
