Dare I even begin to ask the question for someone to elaborate on this role fully knowing that the majority of the comments will most likely useless. However, I have hope that there is one decent person on this forum that will give me insight on this role. (Yes I can/have read the job postings)

I have seen many of these posted on LinkedIn recently throughout the country and was curious to find out if they do lead into an actual liaison role? If anyone has held this role please share your experience.

    Everyone else, GFY!

How low is the salary range for the Associate position?
P.S. UCB reps make great money.

I encourage you to call some former UCB reps and get their feedback. Was full bonus paid for reps who made their goal? What % of the time was bonus not fully paid? etc.

Doubt the associate position pays that much, that sounds more like an underpaid liaison.

Make a few phone calls and see - why have so many UCB reps quit? Are people being forced out? Is bonus being paid?? Is there sexual harassment?

They were ALL put on performance plan and failed to increase thier productivity. Then they were terminated. We need better hires and I blame hr dept.

Well UCB rep in McAllen NEVER works and always provides catered food and ton of desserts for her family via “company lunches”..... notorious for this. She was fired from Amgen and unemployed for months before UBS hired her. Brags all the time. Should be investigated.

No email or call back from recruiting; so it is hard to know what is going on here.
