Everyone knows it is coming. They did not get all the people they really wanted to get in the last cut.

Cuts are coming soon. It will be a game of musical chairs. All of IT will move to LTC but there is not enough room for everyone. Of course there is space for the contractors but not Lilly. You will need to have a seat when the music stops or you are out.

Relocating and consolidating IT at LTC will allow for a much smoother transition to the vendor. Hopefully, everyone in IT is aware that they will be re-carded later this year. HR promises that it will go much better than the last time.

Lilly IT is a disaster, decent Leaders are being fired along with the bad, OUS is even worse, zero career progression with zero attempts at covering it up. People are taking jobs made from two or three previous roles. Discrimination is rife, its very sad.

    Re-carded? I think you meant "Re-badged".

I told you 30 days ago you were moving. Great facilities down at LTC. You will love the close parking. Just wait until you get in that 110 degree car in August.

You are being processed, herded together for selection, and then removal...

And do not forget the retirement changes coming. Once VERPed people are dealt with and gone, the retirement system will be removed and morphed into just a 401k.

They need to finish building out Lilly India before this happens. There are advisors and directors in India hiring the new IT employees. IT and science are moving there. Any remnants left here for IT will mostly be TCS onshore.

All of you still left from the old IT folks should have left 8 Year’s ago when the 2010 outsourcing took place. If you still hanging around than to bad for you. Then again your most likely hanging around because you have no skills or place to go.

Many people have said Ricks needed to make these changes, that may be true, but Lilly is now a sad reflection of what it once was, systematic removal of good people on a whim. It will take years to restore its reputation in the market place. If the changes are so great, why has the stock fallen.....

Your just bitter because they got rid of your sorry ass in 2010. Too bad for you.

LOL, you are the worst kind of Jerk possible, you have stuck your head in the sand and hope to be passed over, you are clinging to some past loyalty idea crap. You will be gone, the plan is very simple, OUS shrunk to Indy, Indy shrunk to India.

Yes. Just look at all the new VP's. Indian. They need Indians to talk to Indians. Even better for Lilly now that Infosys is in town.

Heard a single advisor had interviewed 300 people in India.

As soon as the pieces are in place more cuts will happen. Cuts will happen later this year but not many. The bigger one will be next year.

You must be executive management or not know what is going on right now with Lilly India.

Soon. They need cash to pay for those companies they just bought.
