Leadership knows he got there by selling deeply discounted implants outside his territory, and they don't care.

well yeah. Implant Direct sells better implants with more options at a better price. What else are they supposed to do?? Zimmer reps are running around dropping their pants faster than Kevin Spacey at Chuck E Cheese

The bottom line is the bottom line.
Leadership cares about $$ not peoples feelings, rules, or ethics.
If the BL grows under their “leadership” they take the credit and reap the rewards.

Dude crushed while you sat at home wondering why you can’t sell.

Who won? Initials? Nothing has changed. The same slimy people run things. If a rep had access to more “education funds” (bribes given to them by a friendly and desperate manager to pass on) or was sitting on a lot of free samples (There are a variety of ways of accumulating) then it happened. A lot of sales and awards. It’s still going in??

If you don’t work there anymore move on with your life.

So basically what you're saying is that the Rep of the Year didn't deserve to win because he sold "deeply discounted implants"? LOL! Is selling less implants at a higher ASP somehow better then selling more implants at a lower ASP? Your brain is not smart. Revenue is revenue bro. If the dude crushed his number by making deals then he obviously knows how to sell and justly deserved the award. Now go back to eating your Cheetos while jacking off to Anime in your mom's basement and let the big boys work.

so Zimmer has Encode now? On the TSV? So Implant Direct and BioHorizons, and MIS can use it? Wonderful!!!

You sure can. At retail price. $130. Thanks for the easy revenue

but then there is no reason to buy your shitty 3i implants anymore. They can use a cheaper implant and still get the benefits of Encode, if there is a benefit at all.

Obviously reading comprehension isn't your strong suit. Let me guess, you're one of the drunk 3i frat boys?

The issue is he sold them OUTSIDE HIS TERRITORY. Now, go back to your porn, your cheap cigar, your 80's break dancing moves, and your wife's best friend, "big boy."
