Yeah. WTF? Magic Money sells carnival bracelets. I guess that's pretty fitting if you think about it.

It’s obvious to me as a newer person to dentsply that this company has no real leadership, just figureheads in leadership positions. The opening session (not podesta) of the NSM was the worst example of this I’ve seen in my career. THe entire lot of them should be put out to pasture.

Don't worry, Augins will be making tons of money selling Spring Break trips, Bottle Buddies and VIP Passes to Panama City dance clubs.

Best line overheard at ntl. sales meeting: “He’s finally a bonafide Carnival Barker. Step right up folks! Win a prize!”

Hell of a truth right there.

Hey gang I just had to tell everyone how great it is to have a leader that appreciates everything about me, my ugly sweater vest, bad flat top and most of all my blood type and attitude B+, thank you DonnyC.

Yours to count on poor performance

Well, hasn’t worked so far. Maybe we need to add a few illegal aliens to the board, and maybe some tranvestites—all in the name of diversity- to turn things around.

The largest run up in stock market history and Dentsply is losing ground. Good job leadership!

So, from the most recent threads, I’m guessing this isn’t the greatest place to work? I was considering applying to a position. Thoughts?

Yeah, Slovin and Augins and crew took the loot and ran while the stock price was still full of helium. Our price dropped below 50 yesterday. Way to go geniuses. I thought that shit was illegal. Why haven’t they been nailed for it? I’m sure they landed gently with big Golden Parachutes strapped to their backs.

What is current leadership doing to fix it

    Nothing

    Same old BS

    Meet the new boss

    Same as the old boss.

Only 44% of restorative is hitting quota...out of 140 reps. You do the math. Quotas are unattainable. They are stuck on this “new user” crap, they’d rather you go chase $100 composite orders as quickly as you can to check a box than go take a $3000 order...then wonder why you’re not hitting your number. Then you get put on a performance plan. They always find a way to screw reps out of commissions. The kicker had to be when they’d pick 350 of your account’s (some of which were jails!! etc or specialists who had no use for your product) and get this, you'd only be paid on those 350 accounts and on top of that only certain products counted. "oh wow you just got a $10k order, yeah sorry, not a focus account. But hey! It still goes into the 15% bucket! Don't give up!" Half the sales force is on a plan.

They will use you for the 2-3 years of motivational years you have in you, you know when you want to win and prove yourself regardless of the peanuts they pay... until you see the way things really work and the real way they value their employees, at which point you will start to feel the life being sucked out of your soul as Satan laughs. There are maybe 10 out of 200 reps that have been there longer than 4 years. Turnover is HIGH.

i want turn see people go to jail for what has happened to our company. Also want any board members that were here last year during the start of the demise to be fired and prosecuted as well. There are thieves and liars still working here in executive positions. Very sad and disrespectful to the honest and hard working everyday employees for these thieves to not be prosecuted. Fucking assholes
