Can anyone provide any insight on your company and I was contacted by a recruiter and I know it's sometimes possible to get good, candid insight here. Thanks for any honest replies!

What territory is it! The company and culture are great! Typical stuff except car allowance! What else do you want to know?

South Bend but that’s too far away from me. Just thought I’d ask if something opened up closer to Chicago. Is there a salary range you are aware of and what is target bonus? Stock options? Culture is good?

dont waste your time! It's a hell hole with a bunch of incompetent people in positions they shouldn't be in. They had to pay a retention bonus just to keep people around. The drug sucks ass and is a niche product! Just ask a local neph/card. Look elsewhere!

I would not listen to the person above. Overall a great company. You will have d-bags like the person above who probably has not performed since they have been here. Every company has issues, however, a lot of postives here.

Thank you very much for the replies. Nice to see non-cynical(mostly) responses. Thanks again!

So, good chance ZS will get approved this time. AZ says first half of this year. Are we really structured in the best way to meet the threat? Goals all over the fricken place. Diverting focus from nephs to PC? Really? No rewards based on volume. Some people very little increase in goals and others with almost 100%. Great way to motivate a sales force when competition is around the corner. Nephs are our drivers. Need to maximize that business. Our “potential” is not some nebulous equation made up by Sales Ops. Nephs are our , right now anyway, 99% of our potential. Wrong time to mess this up

Is there another "gap" in the numbers today, or are we "missing a data set"... "we scratch and claw for every Rx". When the February #s are finalized and the field realizes how the March quota is completely unrealistic, maybe we'll start taking reporting seriously.

Screw Joe and Dorothy and their self righteous department! Sales Flops is a joke and they truly have no idea what our numbers are or how to correctly capture them! Meanwhile our televangelist leader has been quiet for a while, wonder what’s brewing?

Given the number of retractions the make, we should call the Sales Oops

Maybe we shouldn’t call them at all! Maybe we should call another team in to do the job right the first time!

Why PC? Thought this was cards and nephs. Maybe a little inpt? Is this niched out.? What is the pain inthe azz factor for pt and provider? How many SPs handle product?
