Give me more reasons why you can’t sell Trulance? It’s a best-in-class superior drug, also a cure for colon cancer.
Go to Synergy website and view a Press Release from October 31, 2011: It is well known that patients with both UC and Crohns Disease are at increased risk of developing colorectal cancer. We believe that the therapeutic application of GC-C agonists to ameliorate GI inflammation has the potential to delay progression into colon cancer. Intervention with GC-C agonists early in the disease process is expected to block the formation of colon tumors as well as circumvent the need for for hundreds of biopsies and, in some cases major surgery.

Thanks for that news from 2011. You are delusional. About now you will transition to dolcanatide. Oh right! We haven’t done anything with that since 2016. And let’s talk about OIC with Trulance from 2014. Anyone? Our own website shares those “blockbuster in the making” results. Yet isn’t one of our solutions to stop the cash burn to cut back on R&D? If the new indication were possible, that is where the money would be invested? Instead we invest money in sending out a Tasmania devil doll, sending people to a trip for a half year of sales where everyone had the same goals, meetings that are senseless with workshops that are something from Pharma 101, over paid Cronies in senior leadership and RBDs that have zero credentials. Even Wall Street talks about selling off to a bigger company with a better sales force. What a joke.

But you keep saying that we are the best.

You must be forgetting that a Linzess is also a GC-C agonist, so the same could be said for it as well.

Linzess is a ecoli toxin, with over 85 deaths and fecal vomiting listed as most reported side effect. Trulance mimics the body’s natural hormone, uroguanylin..this is VERY different. That’s why Trulance is superior and best-in-class drug in this category.

This is public knowledge, what’s an Ironwood snowflake like you going to do about it?? The superior drug always wins, Trulance will prevail..

Yeah and what's Ironwgoing to do about all the dead people who took Linzess? You haven't seen ambulance chasers yet. FDA should be stepping in at any time to shut your bad drug down.

You are one screwed up individual. The key word is " potential" and that word is the most overused claim/description in all of
A press release from the company pushing the drug is the last source most rational people would consider as valid.
With Trulance, the old saying applies: you can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all the people all of the time.
Look at the statins.... Wonder drugs, should b put in the water supply......new onset diabetes for 26% of users, rabdo, dementia, liver and kidney damage, etc. But the benefit outweighs the risk......right, trade one disease with another. Bullshit. And cure for colon cancer is bullshit.

Plecanatide was originally being pursued for colon cancer prophylaxis. That’s a fact people.

And Rogaine was originally for hypertension. What is your point? There has been no clinical results in colon cancer prophylaxis. You are clearly why we can't move market share. Praying your stock options come through on your pipe dream of making a windfall of cash. Idiot.

No kidding? It’s 2018, not an indication and never will be.
    Hypothesis that never panned out.
Move on to something current and saleable. We’re running out of bullshit that’s not working.
