If they cut commissions people will leave, but what evidence do you have that they'll do so? No company is perfect, but I don't see them cutting their own throat. Keep it civil people, if you still like working here, and aren't planning to go to a competitor then trashing the company does no-one any good.
They want reps to leave. I know of several older reps being forced out. Advertised positions are not being filled. You will make less money this year.
