The guys that jumped ship were Chris Testa, RM in Ohio. Patrick Dewey, RM Desert Region and Chris Lutter, rep in Scottsdale. We are suing all three of them for Non Compete agreements. I was told the courts will say they can't work for Neodent for a year. Mike V. said we will ruin them!

 

Sue everybody! The only job safe at Nobel is in the legal department. Suing ex employees, suing customers, suing other implant competitors. Next Nobel will be suing patients for getting peri-implantitis that can't be treated on their crap implant surface

 

I got a call from a recruiter regarding a position at this company.Does anyone know the atmosphere and who runs it?

 

i know the guys that left NB and they are good dudes. I considered going to work at Neodent but decided to take a position in another industry because implants are becoming commodities. Nobel management has been obsessed with them ever since ClearChoice switched to them. Tom Olsen will literally turn beet fucking red when he hears the name Neodent so they must be doing something good.

 

Instradent is in for a rude awakening if Thoni running the show! Thoni is a fraud just wait.

Ok, I want to be clear. You do not have any specific examples to provide? It seems you just want to make generalized statements and accusations in poor grammar and syntax. I would appreciate something concrete rather than merely how he made you feel. It seems if you had issues with him regergetating his superior's instructions, then maybe you had issues following your superior's instructions (seemed like a freudian slip there to me).

 

I believe Neodent is a very good, fairly priced implant system. Key opinion leaders who are adopting the system verifies this. What is tragic is the fact that Straumann decided it was a good thing to hire a big wig and a few thugs from Neodent's dying competition. It would have made more sense to carve their own path. It was short sighted to bring a bunch of Nobel people on for a quick influx of sales based on some relationships. Neodent was growing fine without them!

 

Lets see how they get along with DT making the same bad decisions that have doomed Nobel

People try and bash Nobel but if you honestly look at them they are the true marker leader.
Most other co panties are all copying their product lines and solutions.
if you think Nobel is dying your not paying attention. They still have a lot of clout and really are the only company bringing new solitons to us labs.

Talking surface technology is irrelevant when we all know they all work.

At least Nobel still brings us products I can use to help treat patients better. And quite frankly my Nobel doctors that know their stuff don't have issues. It's the ones that have no business placing or restoring that I have to deal with on the backend with issues, and that's not on the company or lab its on the clinician.

Other implant companies are good too, but saying Nobel is dying is just not true.
